Crossware supports HTML and Plain Text formats only. Rich Text format is not supported for email signatures.
How often does Crossware check Microsoft 365 for user and group changes?
We update the cache in real time whenever you update groups or users in Entra, and the system also performs a full refresh every 24 hours. If you make a change to the signature configuration, for example, by resaving a configuration document, the directory will reload immediately. In rare cases, this process may take up to 24 hours.
Are there any Metrics available regarding Crossware Server Performance?
Since the launch of the Crossware Email Signature Service, we have maintained an Uptime of 100% (last reviewed Q2 2019). Each region had an individual up time of 99.8%, but due to Azure regional redundancy the service was available 100% of the time.
Regarding the delay in email delivery. There is no significant delay introduced by the Crossware Email Signature Service - over more than 100,000 emails the average delay was 4 seconds across the service.
What happens to the signatures I created during my trial when I become a customer?
As long as you purchase Crossware Email Signature before the end of your trial period, all of your signature configurations including signatures, signature blocks, rules and fields will be automatically transferred to the purchased product.
These will be immediately accessible to you to edit and configure.

To roll back your database contact our support team at support@crossware365.com. Databases can be rolled back to instances within the last seven days.
