Convert Your Main Signature to a Signature Block

If you have recently switched from the old designer to the new Portal Designer, your main signature may still exist as a Signature Document.
The new designer uses Signature Blocks, which provide more flexibility and better compatibility with modern layouts.

Before editing, you may need to convert your main signature into a Signature Block. This ensures your signature displays and functions correctly within the new design environment.

Convert Main Signature to Signature block

1. Sign in to the Crossware Portal.

2. On the Home page, hover over the signature and click Edit.

3. Hover over the Main Signature, then click the HTML Code button.

4. Highlight all the code and copy it to your clipboard.

5. Close the HTML window by clicking Cancel.

6. Click Insert New Block.

7. Hover over the newly created signature block and click the HTML Code button.

8. Paste the copied code into the text box and click OK.

9. Click Save & Close.

10. From the kebab menu (⋮) on the Main Signature box, select Remove Signature HTML.

11. Click Save & Close once more.
