Certificate Expiry Alert Guidance

Microsoft may send a notification stating that a certificate used by your mail flow connectors is due to expire. This can look concerning, but if you are using Crossware Email Signature (server-side setup), this alert does not require action from you.

What the Alert Means

Microsoft automatically checks certificates on Exchange connectors and will send warnings as they approach their expiry date.

What Crossware Does

Crossware manages the connector certificate and automatically renews it before it expires. This renewal happens in the background and does not interrupt your mail flow.

Do You Need to Do Anything?

No.
These Microsoft expiry alerts can be safely ignored. Crossware ensures the certificate is renewed on time, and no manual action is required from your side.
