Crossware uses region-specific smart host servers to route outbound mail via your Microsoft 365 connector. These smart hosts ensure that your emails are processed in the right geographic region and maintain optimal performance and reliability.
For existing customers, there’s no need to change your smart host unless instructed by Crossware Support.
Making changes to your outbound smarthost without coordination with Crossware support will lead to email delivery failures.
For new customers, you select the smart host that corresponds with your chosen deployment region during onboarding.
