The Save Debug File feature in Crossware Email Signature allows you to capture a before and after copy of processed emails. This can be useful for troubleshooting and resolving signature-related issues.
This option should only be enabled when required for diagnostics. It is strongly recommended to disable it once troubleshooting is complete.
Enable Debug Logging

On the Exchange Server, open the config.xml file located in the Crossware Mail Signature installation directory.
Default path:
C:\Program Files\CrosswareMailSignature -
Locate the following setting and change the value to Y:
<SaveDebugFile>Y</SaveDebugFile>

Save the file and restart the Crossware Email Signature service if necessary.
View Saved Files

The before and after email copies are stored in the Log folder within the installation directory.

The
mailsignature.logfile will include entries confirming that the debug files have been created and saved successfully.
