During installation the users gets an error message:
The error message reads:
Internal error installing on 'server': Module xxxxx, FunctionSETUPHOOKANDLIBRARY Line: '20', Error Number:'4000', Description 'Notes error: No response from Server for this command'.
The underlying error is the message No response from server for this command.
This error is a well-known Domino issue on Windows when an Environment variable is missing.
