Locating your Domino Certifier

Question

How do I locate my Domino Certifier?

Solution

  1. Open your servers names.nsf

  2. From the menu on the left click on Configuration - Servers - All servers documents

https://kb.crossware365.com/api/data/v9.0/msdyn_knowledgearticleimages(c22028c4-0dd9-ef11-a731-00224892689f)/msdyn_blobfile/$value
  1. Please then click on one of the servers > In this document you will see the following "Server name" under the Basics tab and section.

https://kb.crossware365.com/api/data/v9.0/msdyn_knowledgearticleimages(ce2028c4-0dd9-ef11-a731-00224892689f)/msdyn_blobfile/$value

In this case the server name is: Server1/Crossware
Note: It is possible you may have OUs in your server name e.g. Server1/North/Crossware
You may also have CCs (country code) in your server name e.g. Server1/North/Crossware/US

So, the Domino certifier for this server used to create our license key in both the above examples is: /Crossware

The license is case sensitive, so if you are supplying us with in the Domino certifier, please make sure the case matches e.g., in this case it's /Crossware NOT /crossware
