Temporarily Disabling Crossware Email Signature in Google Workspace

To disable Crossware Email Signature, complete the following steps in your Google Admin Console.

Disable the Content Compliance Rule

1. In Google Admin, go to Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Compliance.

2. Find the CrosswareTransportRule under Content compliance.

3. Click Disable.
